It started with a simple observation:
Coaching doesn't take place in one single location. Not at a desk. Not in an office. Not in a fixed room.
Coaching is on the move. Coaching is in flux. Coaching happens where people are willing to open up.
And that's exactly what presented me—and later CoachingTrackr—with a big question:
"How do you accompany coaches everywhere?"
The realization: Coaching lives on multiple devices
I quickly noticed how differently my coaching moments were distributed:
On the iPhone
Between two appointments. A quick note. A quick look at the client file.
On the iPad
In the middle of the session. Pen in hand. Front open, empathy fully engaged.
On the Mac
In the office. Structured, calm, focused. Writing invoices. Working out plans.
And one day: Vision Pro
A space where goals and ideas could float in the room like tangible objects.
I didn't want four apps. I wanted one.
